April 13 - May 19: Weekends 10am - 4pm
May 25 - Sept. 2: Daily 10am - 5pm
Sept. 7 - Oct. 27: Weekends 10am - 4pm

Admission

While Piatt Castle Mac-A-Cheek is open, admission to the grounds and outdoor exhibits is free. Each guest, ages 5 and older, will need their own ticket to tour the home and indoor exhibits.

Adult:  $15
Youth (age 5-15):  $8
Senior (age 65+) / AAA:  $12

Tickets may be purchased at Mac-A-Cheek Castle or in advance online.

Policies

Animals
Pets are welcome on the grounds of Piatt Castle Mac-A-Cheek. Please be considerate of your fellow visitors and clean up after your pets.
Bringing pets inside the historic home is strongly discouraged. Small dogs may be admitted so long as they remain on leash and are carried for the duration of their time indoors.
Service animals are welcome.

Photography
Still photography is allowed on self-guided tours of Piatt Castle Mac-A-Cheek.

Metal Detectors may not be used on Piatt Castle property.

Drones may not be flown above Piatt Castle property.

Family History

We all have family history and it is the first history we ever learn.  At Mac-A-Cheek, you can explore the lives of the Piatt family as a case study and in the process think about your own family history. 
Some questions you could explore include:

Where did your family originate?
Has your family ever moved?  
Do you have any object that belonged to someone who came before you?
What do you hope to pass on the future generations?
Has your family been affected by war?
What makes your home comfortable?
When is it time to upgrade what you own?
How do you live with your history?
